TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

The request for availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the customer nor for VATICAN PIXEL APARTMENTS®. The booking request is binding for the Client but not binding for VATICAN PIXEL APARTMENTS®®️, which is free not to accept the booking. The booking confirmation that VATICAN PIXEL APARTMENTS® sends to the Client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract.
After receiving the deposit, VATICAN PIXEL APARTMENTS® will undertake to send the Customer a confirmation e-mail. By paying the deposit, the customer accepts the cancellation conditions of the structure.

EXPECTED ARRIVALS: Starting from 12.00 AM – Unless otherwise agreed with the property
DEPARTURES: By 9.00 AM – Unless otherwise agreed with the property

After confirming the booking, the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the rental fee must be made on the same day and an accounting copy of the bank transfer must be sent by e-mail for the validity of the booking. In case that the payment is not sent on the same day, we would be forced to cancel the booking. The payment of the balance must take place at the same time of taking possession of the booked accommodation.

The following payment methods are accepted:

COVID-19 CLAUSE: If the reservation should be canceled for reasons attributable to Covid (ban on travel imposed by the competent governments or upon presentation of a medical certificate), a free cancellation is accepted up to 30 days before the date of arrival, from the 29th day up to the 15th day before the arrival date we reserve 30% of the rent (i.e. the deposit paid will not be refunded) and from the 14th day up to the 8th day before the arrival date there will be another penalty of 20% of the rent (i.e. equal to a total of 50%).

In the case of subsequent cancellations or failure to start the stay or an early departure, the total rental fee (= 100%) and the payment of all the services used are requested. The payment due will be transformed into a voucher, to be used within the following 12 months, subject to verification and acceptance for availability period by the structure itself. In all other cases, the following CANCELLATION POLICY applies: From the moment of booking until the 60th day before the arrival date we reserve 30% of the rental fee (i.e. the deposit received is non-refundable), from the 59th day up to 30 days before the arrival date, a subsequent penalty of 20% of the rent (i.e. 50% in total) will be requested and from the 29th day up to 7 days before the arrival date there will be another penalty of 25% of the rent (equal to a total of 75%).
In the event of subsequent cancellations or non-start or early departure, the total rental fee and the payment of all the services used as well as the payment of the final cleaning are requested (only if the accommodation had been inhabited).
For group travel, the following different rules apply: From the moment of booking until the 60th day before the arrival date we reserve 30% of the rental fee (ie the deposit is non-refundable); from the 59th to the 42nd day before the arrival date, an additional 20% (i.e. a total of 50%) will be charged.
In the event of subsequent cancellations or non-start or early departure, the total rental fee and the payment of all the services used as well as the payment of the final cleaning are required.

For any dispute that could arise regarding the interpretation, execution and / or termination of booking contracts to which you accept these conditions in which VATICAN PIXEL APARTMENTS®is a party to the trial, the Court of Rome will be exclusively competent.
